Here is where you will find any general terms and conditions regarding our store and any competitions or promotions run.
Please Note – all our promotions have a set of terms and conditions attached. These are specific to each promotion/competition run and we ask that all of our customers view these prior to purchasing. These are able to be seen by clicking on the link in the promotion/competition banner on the home page or on the notification bar at the top of the page with the Read T&C’s button. When a promotion or competition is active, this will always be the first banner that pops up. It will state ‘T&C’s apply, click here to view’. When any customer clicks on the banner, the specific terms and conditions will always open in a new window, so if you have pop ups blocked, it may not open.
Any promotion run for a discount will always exclude the following products unless stated otherwise:
Any promotional code can not be applied in conjunction with any other offers. There are no rain checks or lay buys available. Our promotional codes are only valid for online purchases. Any promotional code must be applied at time of purchase to activate. Codes will not be added post purchase.
If there are any instances where any items excluded from the promotions/competition being run have been purchased during the promotional period, customers will be contacted and advised there is a balance to pay in accordance with our T&C’s for the order to be processed.
Any other specific terms and conditions for any competitions/promotions being run are all visible by viewing the specific terms and conditions when applicable.
Motorsport Distributors Group have the rights to cancel any order that is violation of any of the specific terms and conditions for that particular promotion/competition.

Pre Orders:
Pre order or back order items are items not yet in stock. By purchasing an item of this kind, you are securing an allocation of the item. Product listings will state the most recent ETA for delivery known.
All items that are on pre order/back order will clearly state so in their product listing – either in the item description or near where the price is displayed on the listing.
If in the same order, you have an item that is available now and a pre order, our policy is to hold all items until back order/pre order merchandise arrive, to save charging customers any additional postage fees. If you wish to receive the available items prior to this, please advise so we can organize the additional postage.
Model Car Pre Orders:
A model may not be available for a number of months from the time it is listed on our store, as there is a lengthy process that models must undergo before, during and after production, such as approval from sponsors, shipping, and customs hold ups.
We depend on Model Manufacturers/Distributors to provide us with as much information as possible.
Price and ETAs are correct at listing, as advised by the manufacturing model company. Both are subject to change, which is governed by the distributor of the model, and not by our company. If we are notified of a price change by the manufacturer/distributors, we will be in touch with all customers to inform them of this. Any price difference must be actioned before any goods can be shipped out. You will not be asked to pay the price difference until the pre ordered stock has arrived in our warehouse.
We aim to keep you as updated as possible regarding ETA and possible price changes, as information becomes available to us from our supplier.
